In a nut shell, this is what we do:

We are a team of super intelligent people who build stuff cheaply and rapidly. We leverage technology, expertise and infrastructure to develop ventures – often initiated from either meaningful ideas or identified problems. Each venture receives critical attention in terms of resources and efforts. As these ventures mature, the goal is to commercialize and encourage returns.

When justified by growth, resource needs, and desire of the team, we will spin off these growing ventures to form their own entities. This model works great for some things—especially once the idea is proven. Our goal is not hatching companies from everything we build. But some are perfectly worthwhile.
