Our Code of Ethics and Conduct

The Audit Committee has enacted a Code of Ethics and Conduct that applies to all Acrodelon employees, directors and independent contractors. Additionally, the Audit Committee has established procedures to encourage people in the Company to report possible violations of the Ethics Code and possible instances of improper financial reporting to the Audit Committee. These procedures allow people to submit their reports on a confidential and anonymous basis, if they so choose.

Customer Privacy

We respect our customers’ privacy. We limit the collection of customer information to what is required to administer their accounts, to provide customer services, to offer updates, and to legal and regulatory compliance. Our customers are aware of the general uses of information we collect about them, and we provide additional explanation if requested.

We limit the disclosure of customer information and ensure that the information about the clients is not shared without prior approval. We will maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to us, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law. We employ appropriate procedures and practices to monitor if the customer information is processed accurately and completely.
